My name is Karen Elliott, and I am the force behind Lead with Purpose, founded in April 2023. My journey as an entrepreneur and mother shapes the vision behind Lead with Purpose. I have a deep passion for making an impact, and draw from 28 years as a physiotherapist, over 20 years of owning an multi-disciplinary clinic, my experiences in motherhood, 50+ years of life experience, and countless hours dedicated to personal growth and development.
I have finally found my purpose and what truly brings me joy and energy—it is my calling, my ‘why’. I am committed to doing everything I can to make a bigger impact and difference in the life of an entrepreneur.
I am dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs to balance their professional and personal lives and thrive in both. My own experiences as the CEO of my home, family, and business have molded me to become the driven leader I am today.
As an executive business coach, I infuse my professional expertise with motivating energy. My approach balances bold empowerment with a warm and inviting presence. With curiosity and transformational energy, I create a space for true personal and professional growth.
